Joseph Ndung’u

Joseph Kamau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate (Land Economics) from the University of Nairobi. He is also a registered and practising estate agent with the Real Estate Agents Registration Board of Kenya (EARB) and a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).

He is experienced in valuation, Site Acquisition, Property Management, Estate Agency, E.I.A, Feasibility Studies and Project Management.

Joe is an experienced Real Estate professional dedicated to upholding high levels of integrity and professional morals, with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry in the East African region. He is experienced in valuation, Site Acquisition, Property Management, Estate Agency, E.I.A., Feasibility Studies and Project Management.

He has a keen interest in corporate real estate, retail sourcing and leasing, valuation, mall management, property feasibility and market studies.

Joe is an ambitious, sociable, outgoing, energetic person and thrives in solving clients’ needs in a timely and cost-effective manner. He enjoys camping, cycling, and playing golf in his free time and is excited to be part of the Crown Real Estate team.
